Battery changes, strap fittings, servicing and appraisals for modern and vintage timepieces. The everyday work happens at our bench. Prestige watch servicing and complicated movements go to long-trusted specialists.

At the bench.
Strap & bracelet
Leather, rubber, NATO, and metal bracelets in stock for most case sizes.
Sizing & links
Bracelet sizing for metal bands. Bracelet repair, pin replacement and clasp fitting.
Glass replacement
Mineral and acrylic crystal replacement for most modern watches. Sapphire crystals quoted per watch.
Polishing
Cleaning and light polishing on appropriate cases. We do not aggressively polish vintage watches - patina is part of the value.
Appraisals
Valuations for insurance or estate, by our qualified valuer. Written reports issued within five working days.
Section II - What we send out
Prestige work, specialists.
Full mechanical service work on prestige watches - Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, IWC, JLC and similar - goes to long-trusted specialist watchmakers we have worked with for years. Most are factory-authorised for the brands they service.
We coordinate the work, insure the watch while it is out of our hands, and present the quote and timeline to you before any work begins. Typical service turnaround: 6-12 weeks for a full overhaul.
Section III - When to bring it in
The watch will tell you.
Battery flat
Time stops or starts skipping. Bring it in - quick fix, ten minutes.
Losing time
Gaining or losing more than a minute a day on a mechanical movement is a sign the watch needs a service.
Crown stiff
Stiff winding or pushers that resist suggest the gaskets or movement need attention.
Water intrusion
Any visible moisture under the crystal - bring it in immediately. The longer it sits, the more damage.
