Cleaning & Polish.
Ultrasonic cleaning and setting checks are on the house for pieces from our shop - bring them in any time. Polishing back to a new finish and rhodium re-plating sit on the paid side. We will always tell you what is needed before any work begins.

Complimentary, for life.
Ultrasonic cleaning - Removes built-up skin oils, hand cream and grime from settings and underside. Restores brilliance to diamonds and most coloured stones. Five minutes, no appointment needed.
Setting check - Every cleaning includes a quick check under the loupe - we look at claws for wear, bezels for tightness, and pavé for loose grain work. If anything needs tightening or re-tipping, we will quote the repair separately.
We offer the same ultrasonic clean for jewellery bought elsewhere at $25 per piece.
Full polish back to a high-gloss factory finish. Removes small surface scratches and restores depth of shine. $80-$150 per ring.
White gold rings should be re-plated every 18-24 months for the brightest finish. $120-$180 per ring, including the clean.
For pieces that have been polished too many times and need a fresh surface - brushing, hammering, hand-engraving touch-ups, milgrain re-cutting. Quoted per piece.
Once or twice a year.
Most clients drop in for a clean and setting check every six to twelve months. Diamond eternity bands, pavé-set rings and other heavily-set pieces benefit from a check every six months - the more diamonds, the more claws to watch.
Polishing back to new is a different question. Each polish removes a tiny amount of metal. Once every few years is usually right for everyday rings.
