A single stone on a clean band. The most enduring shape, and our most-requested. Available in any metal, with claws, bezel, or partial bezel settings.
Engagement Rings.
A ring designed around the stone, the hand it sits on, and the person who will wear it. We make engagement rings to commission - working with you on every choice from the diamond through to the final polish, all from our Rose Bay bench.

Three ways to begin.
Designed from scratch. A four-step custom process - consult, design, approve, make. You will see sketches, digital renders, and (often) a wax model before any metal is cut. Most of these take two to four weeks from first conversation to collection.
Around an existing stone. You already have the diamond - a family stone, a piece inherited, or one chosen from a separate viewing. We design the setting around it. Most settings take three to five weeks once the design is approved.
From the shop. A handful of finished engagement rings sit on our bench at any given moment. If one speaks to you, it can go on a finger that afternoon. Resizing is on us within the first six months.

We source diamonds per consultation rather than keeping a fixed inventory. Tell us what you are after - shape, carat, colour, clarity, budget - and we will bring in a curated selection of three to five stones to compare in person.
We work with both naturally mined and lab grown diamonds, and we will talk you through the trade-offs honestly. Coloured stones too - sapphires, emeralds, paraiba tourmalines, and the occasional padparadscha when one finds us.
Styles we work in.
A central stone surrounded by smaller diamonds, making the centre stone read larger. Beautiful in pavé or hand-set bead patterns.
One central diamond flanked by two smaller stones. Traditionally said to represent past, present, future. Works well with coloured side stones.
Drawn from art deco, Edwardian, and mid-century reference points. We hand-engrave gallery work and pierce by hand where the design calls for it.
Budget set in the open.
Most engagement rings we make sit between $4,000 and $30,000, with the great majority in the $6,000 to $15,000 range. The cost is mostly the stone - a setting in 18ct gold with hand-set diamonds typically lands between $2,000 and $5,000.
We set a clear budget in the first conversation and never move past it without asking. If a lab grown stone gets you more for the same budget, we will say so. If a smaller natural stone holds more long-term value, we will say that too.
